📌 Job Title: Team Lead – Sales Manager (Closing)
📍 Job Location: Andheri, Mumbai
💰 CTC Budget: Upto ₹15 LPA (Basis Last Drawn CTC)
🕘 Shift: Day Shift – 6 Days Working with Rostered Week Off
✨ *About the Role:*
✔ Passion for sales with proven closing experience
✔ Prior experience in Real Estate / Interior Design
✔ Strong client servicing & relationship management skills
✔ Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently
✔ Quick-thinking and solution-oriented approach
🎯 *Key Responsibilities:*
• Meeting and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
• Handling end-to-end client engagement till project conversion
• Maintaining and managing customer databases with regular follow-ups
• Coordinating with internal teams including design & projects
• Taking clients for site visits and showcasing company projects
• Presenting solutions, estimates & quotations based on customization requirements
• Driving lead generation initiatives and conversion strategies
• Monitoring service delivery and campaign effectiveness
• Arranging and attending client meetings inside & outside office premises
• Acting as the single point of contact for clients till closure
🎓 *Experience & Education Required:*
✔ 3–4 years of Team Lead experience in Real Estate / Interior Design / Closing Sales
✔ B2C Sales Experience Mandatory
✔ Graduate Degree Required
✔ Highly presentable with excellent command over English
