Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and support.

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and key account management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
Train new team members and maintain a high-performance sales culture.
Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in sales and team handling.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
