Profile : Team Leader – Primary Sales (B2C)
Salary : 8 LPA – 12 LPA
Location : Bengaluru
Working Days : 5 Days
Team Handling : 10–15 Members

Must Have:
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Experience in handling sales teams
- Must have own vehicle
KRA's:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Manage lead generation and ensure team site visits.
- Support team in sales closures and negotiations.
- Maintain client relationships and prepare sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4+ years sales experience (3+ years in B2C sales).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
