Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader in Real Estate Sales, based in Gurugram. The Team Leader will manage and lead a team of real estate sales professionals, guiding them to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include overseeing team performance, driving brokerage operations, developing and maintaining relationships in the commercial real estate sector, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends and providing strategic direction to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills for negotiation and client relationship management
- Experience in Brokerage and understanding of real estate transactions
- Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate operations and market trends
- Ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
