Role Description
The Team Leader Real Estate will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of real estate professionals in achieving sales and business development goals. This includes fostering team performance, driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and providing guidance on property brokerage activities. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, requiring a proactive approach and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for client interactions, negotiation, and collaboration
- Proven experience in property brokerage and real estate transactions
- Proficiency in team management and leadership, including motivating and guiding team members
- In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets and trends
- Ability to develop strategies that achieve sales and business targets
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in a leadership role in real estate will be an added advantage
