Role Description
The Team Leader - Real Estate will oversee and manage a team of real estate professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the team, facilitating property transactions, analyzing market trends, and ensuring an efficient brokerage process. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring hands-on engagement with the team and clients.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Team Management and Team Leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Experienced in Brokerage practices and processes within the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Commercial Real Estate operations and market trends.
- Proven ability to meet targets, manage a team in a dynamic environment, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience as a real estate team leader or managerial role is a plus.
