Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - SKYZONE Parking at Eros Group, based in Mumbai. 3+ years of Experience in the Parking system. The Team Leader will oversee the operation, and maintenance of automated parking systems, ensuring smooth execution of projects and on-site coordination. Key responsibilities include managing team members, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, resolving technical issues, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders. The role also involves planning and delegating tasks while contributing to process improvements and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of automated parking systems, engineering principles, and hands-on experience with installation and maintenance
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate teams, delegate responsibilities effectively, and ensure project timelines are met
- Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to identify and resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for coordinating with stakeholders and clients
- Work Ethic: Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with Safety Standards: Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in vertical transport and parking systems
- Educational Requirement: Degree/diploma in engineering, mechanical systems, or a related field
- Other Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing parking system projects or elevator systems is an added advantage
