Team Leader - Outbound Sales Process
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Team Leader to oversee our Outbound Sales Process in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales and a proven track record of leading teams to success. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate team members, and a focus on achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize team performance.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to motivate and engage team members.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, with a focus on team leadership.

Salary
- Base Salary: ₹6.5 LPA
- Variable Component: 10% of the base salary based on performance.
