Brief JD:
* Manage day-to-day BPO operations and ensure smooth process flow
* Handle team performance, attendance, and productivity
* Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational targets
* Coordinate with internal teams for process improvements
* Resolve escalations and ensure client satisfaction
* Prepare reports and maintain operational records
* Support hiring, training, and team development activities
