Position Overview
The Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations, guiding a team to achieve performance targets, and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive results while maintaining high team morale and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks, adherence to process standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Manage team schedules, attendance, and discipline in accordance with organizational policies.
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate with HR/training teams for employee development.
- Handle escalations efficiently, ensuring resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present performance reports and operational updates to management.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
- Implement process improvements and contribute to organizational growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
- UG / Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 Years (Must include 2+ years in a Team Leader/Supervisory role in International Outbound Sales)
- Proven track record of meeting performance goals and managing teams effectively.
