Team Leader - Sales (US Home Security Process)-WFO 


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and drive performance in our international BPO’s US home security process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a team of sales agents, optimizing conversions, and ensuring sales targets are met.


1. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidates should have experience of Team Handling/Sales/KPIs.

• Drive high conversion rates for both inbound and outbound sales.

• Implement sales strategies to overcome objections and close deals effectively.

• Analyse sales trends and take corrective actions to improve performance.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively either as an individual or member of a team and relate effectively with staff on all levels.

• Knowledge of operational processes, logical thinking, reporting and analysis.

• Making daily & monthly reports maintain the SLAs of team. 


2)Required Skills:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Sales (INTERNATIONAL BPO MUST).

• Strong understanding of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be analytical and detail oriented.

• should have handled a team of 15-20 FTEs.

• Ability to coach, mentor, and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.

• Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting.
