Role-Team Leader
Qualification & Eligibility - Education: Minimum 12th pass
- Diploma/Graduation in Hospitality or Hotel Management is a plus
- Experience: 3–5 years in QSR / restaurant / hospitality industry preferred
- Age: 22–30 years (flexible based on experience)
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi
Job Description- Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) - Adhere to scheduled work timings and follow all safety practices.
- Maintain grooming and uniform standards as per company guidelines.
- Ensure smooth opening and operation of the outlet while delivering 100% customer satisfaction.
- Support the Restaurant Manager/Assistant Restaurant Manager in daily operations, manpower supervision, and scheduling.
- Manage peak-hour operations efficiently as per SOPs.
- Plan shift readiness with accurate forecasting and preparation.
- Take full ownership of shift operations including:
- Cash handling and control
- Security procedures
- Inventory management
- Labor management
- Financial review and corrective actions
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and overall facility through scheduled checks.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Drive excellent customer experience by:
- Following service standards
- Handling feedback and complaints promptly
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Communicate food quality concerns to the Central Kitchen team.
- Monitor inventory and control food wastage to maintain cost efficiency.
- Train and certify team members to ensure consistent performance.
- Act as a reliable support system for the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Represent the brand positively and act as a role model at all times.
Required Skill Set
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays (weekly offs on weekdays).
- Flexibility for night shifts (mandatory for employees as per operational needs).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication with team and customers.
- Upselling and sales-oriented mindset.
- Good time management and multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
