Team Leader – Sales & Marketing (EdTech)
Internzvalley is hiring a Team Leader – Sales & Marketing to drive student enrollments, manage a high-performing sales team, and scale our EdTech offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales & marketing strategies for EdTech programs, internships, and career solutions.
- Drive lead conversion through calls, digital outreach, and campaign-based selling.
- Manage, mentor, and monitor a team to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and lead quality.
- Track daily performance metrics and continuously optimize conversion processes.
- Build strong relationships with students, colleges, and partners.
Requirements
- Experience in EdTech sales / Inside Sales / Team handling preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and target-driven mindset.
