📅 Experience: 1+ Years in Team Handling
🎓 Mandatory: Experience in EdTech Online UG/PG Degree Programs
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage a team of sales counselors
✅ Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
✅ Monitor team performance and productivity metrics
✅ Coach, mentor, and support team members to improve conversions
✅ Conduct regular team reviews and performance discussions
✅ Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards
✅ Collaborate with managers to achieve organizational goals
