Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Team Leader in the EdTech industry, based in Bengaluru. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations and lead a team to achieve set goals. Responsibilities include coordinating projects, mentoring team members, ensuring efficient workflows, and fostering a collaborative environment. The role also involves regularly monitoring performance, delegating tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives effectively.

- Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Coaching skills
- Proven ability in Project Coordination and Task Delegation
- Proficiency in Strategic Planning and Organizational Skills
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Collaboration skills
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Digital Tools and EdTech Platforms is a plus
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a relevant field
