Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader at our Bengaluru location. The Team Leader will oversee, guide, and support a team of professionals to ensure effective project execution. Responsibilities include managing team workflows, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and maintaining a positive and productive team environment. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, creating strategies to achieve organizational goals, and facilitating knowledge sharing are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to guide and motivate a team effectively
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate tasks and articulate ideas clearly
- Strategic planning and problem-solving aptitude for driving project success
- Experience in mentoring or coaching team members to foster growth and performance
- Proficiency with relevant tools and software to manage projects and team operations
- Ability to thrive in an on-site, collaborative environment in Bengaluru
- Previous experience in the edtech industry or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
