Job Title: Team Leader – Commodity Dealing
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management & Trade Oversight
Lead and supervise a team of RM Dealers to ensure accurate execution of client trades across commodity, and currency segments.
- Revenue & Business Growth
Drive team brokerage generation and business growth across all portfolios. Set monthly/quarterly targets for the team, track performance, and implement strategies for new client acquisition, reactivation of dormant accounts, and client retention.
Mentor and train executives on products, market trends, and client handling.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years in dealing with 1-2 years in team handling role.
- Strong knowledge of equity, commodity, and currency markets.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing client relationships.
- NISM 16 certification preferred.
