Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader - CD based in Pune Division. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing creative processes, leading a team of professionals, managing projects, and developing branding and art direction strategies. Daily tasks will include guiding the team to ensure timely project completion, maintaining quality standards for creative outputs, and fostering innovation within the team to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction to lead high-quality, visually appealing projects
- Strong Team Leadership skills to inspire, mentor, and manage a diverse group of creative professionals
- Proficiency in Project Management to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and desired quality metrics
- Experience in Branding to create cohesive and impactful brand strategies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
- Previous experience in the B2B digital marketing or creative fields is an advantage
