We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Team Leader to drive talent acquisition across our organization. Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, and manage a team of 10–15 members on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular team huddles and one-on-one sessions for updates and performance engagement.
- Lead by example and motivate the team to stay performance-driven and goal-oriented.
- Ensure minimum 80% team target achievement consistently.
- Monitor key performance metrics (targets, quality, attendance, output) daily.
- Track individual and team progress and report performance trends.
- Provide ongoing coaching, sales training, and development guidance to the team.
- Identify areas for improvement and prepare tailored coaching strategies.
- Help new members ramp up quickly with process and skill orientation.
- Distribute calling data and work assignments effectively based on team skills and targets.
- Organize daily tasks, plan schedules, and ensure workload balance.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to processes and company guidelines.
- Support the team in handling complex customer scenarios or escalations professionally.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 1–3+ years’ experience in team handling / team leading (in BPO or similar)
- Proven experience in performance management, coaching, and people leadership
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
