Hi,

We are hiring for the Team Leader Operation Postion.

• Team Management
• Manage, coach, and motivate a team of 15 to 25 associates
• Conduct daily huddles, performance reviews, and one-on-one sessions
• Handle attendance, shrinkage, leave planning, and roster adherence
• Operations Management
• Monitor day-to-day e-commerce operations (orders, cancellations, returns, RTO, refunds)
• Ensure SLA, TAT, AHT, productivity, and quality targets are met
• Coordinate with internal teams (Quality, Training, WFM, Tech)
  
  

Requirements -

• Graduate in any discipline
• Overall, 3 years Experience.
• English, Hindi Languages Required
  
  

1 year as Team Leader - Operations
