Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and performance-driven Team Leader – Operations to lead day-to-day project execution, ensure high-quality delivery, and drive operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership capability, client-facing communication, analytical oversight, and a sharp focus on productivity, profitability, and process discipline.
The ideal candidate will act as the operational backbone of the team—ensuring coordination, collaboration, compliance, and consistency across all projects while building a strong leadership pipeline within the department.
Key Responsibilities1. Project & Client Management
- Share daily project status updates with clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Review completed assignments and maintain accurate review sheets.
- Ensure submission of daily work reports by Project Leaders.
- Maintain real-time dashboards and performance trackers.
- Prepare and update project reports and operational documentation.
- Participate in process walkthroughs and client discussions as required.
2. Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Conduct daily operational meetings with Project Leaders.
- Attend weekly strategic meetings with DH/ADH and contribute insights.
- Lead team huddles to align expectations and reinforce priorities.
- Identify and develop backup leaders to strengthen succession planning.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, and professional floor conduct.
- Ensure optimal workload allocation and resource utilization.
3. Performance & Operational Efficiency
- Monitor team productivity and efficiency metrics to maximize profitability and incentive outcomes.
- Ensure timely updates of Profit Pulse by team members and approvals by PL.
- Prepare BSS reports and share structured weekly updates with SAI.
- Present monthly operational insights to ESH and the Operations Head, highlighting risks, trends, and improvement areas.
4. Training & Process Governance
- Receive operational updates from ADH / Operations Core and cascade training effectively to Project Leaders.
- Drive continuous learning and adherence to updated SOPs.
- Prepare and maintain process notes and operational documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with quality standards and review protocols.
