Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role located in Bilaspur. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, manage and motivate team members, and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, implementing performance improvement strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align goals and strategies will be a key aspect of the role.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communication, or a related field preferred.
