Job Role:
We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage and drive a team of Loan Officers for Personal Loan sales.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and lead a team of Loan Officers
• Ensure achievement of team sales targets
• Monitor daily performance and productivity
• Guide, train, and support team members
• Maintain follow-ups and ensure closures
• Track team performance and report MIS
