Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will oversee and manage teams to ensure the successful implementation of lead generation and client management strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring team performance, guiding team members, meeting targets, ensuring process compliance, and facilitating communication between management and team members. This position also involves identifying areas for process improvement and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and teamwork
- Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, and customer relationship management
- Analytical skills to monitor team performance and optimize processes
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Educational qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in managing sales or customer service teams is advantageous
