We are looking for a tech-savvy, sports-enthusiastic Team Leader to join our frontline team for US-based, subscription-based live TV streaming service. In this role, you aren’t just answering questions; you are the "referee" for our user experience. You will provide rapid-fire support via chat and email to fans across the US, ensuring they never miss a touchdown due to a technical glitch.
Key Responsibilities
- Live Queue & Floor Management
- Quality & Performance Coaching
- Technical & Billing Escalations
- Sales & Growth Mentorship
- Conversion Tracking: Monitor the team's success in value-added service sign-ups.
- People & Operations
- Shift Planning: Manage rosters to ensure full coverage for the US broadcast schedule (nights/weekends).
- Training: Onboard new hires on OS fluency and lifecycle management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Experience:
- 6 months - 1yr of sales/ upsell experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Chat or Email support.
- Experience with technical / non - technical troubleshooting.
