Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Team Leader located in Faridabad. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, manage performance objectives, provide mentorship, and ensure targets are achieved efficiently. Responsibilities include team coordination, performance tracking, report analysis, and fostering a positive work environment while driving operational excellence to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and align teams towards achieving common goals.
- Proficiency in performance monitoring, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
- Competence in using technology and tools relevant to team operations and reporting.
- Adaptability, organizational skills, and a proactive approach toward achieving objectives.
- Prior experience in debt collections, financial services, or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
