Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing, motivating, and guiding a team of staff to meet operational targets. Key responsibilities include supervising day-to-day team activities, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met, addressing challenges faced by the team, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency. The Team Leader will also oversee performance tracking, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with company policies and protocols.

- Strong team management and leadership skills with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges efficiently.
- Adaptability and decision-making skills to handle dynamic environments in logistics operations.
- Proficiency in using logistics tools, operational software, and reporting systems.
- Knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management is highly advantageous.
- Prior experience in a leadership role or in the logistics/e-commerce sector is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in logistics, management, or a related field.
