Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dadri for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will oversee and guide a team toward achieving set goals, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity. Responsibilities include planning and delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies to optimize workflows. The Team Leader also plays a key role in mentoring team members, resolving challenges, and enhancing overall team efficiency in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Team Leadership and Management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide teams
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
- Strategic Planning and Organizational skills to ensure efficiency and goal achievement
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills to address team challenges and make informed choices
- Proficiency in Time Management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in finance or consulting is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
