Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role located in Delhi, India. As a Team Leader, you will oversee and mentor a team, manage project execution, and ensure team performance aligns with organizational goals. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor task progress, provide strategic direction, and offer solutions to challenges. Additionally, you will ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld across various deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in project planning, task allocation, and team performance evaluation
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Adaptability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with market research methods, data interpretation, and insights generation is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
- Previous experience as a team leader or similar managerial role is preferred
