Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in India. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and motivating team members to meet organizational goals. Key duties include setting daily objectives, monitoring team performance, providing feedback, ensuring effective workflows, fostering collaborative environments, and addressing operational hurdles. The Team Leader will also liaise with management to align team efforts with overarching business priorities and strategies.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including conflict resolution and performance coaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering a positive team environment
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on operational improvements
- Project coordination and time management skills
- Familiarity with financial services operations and products, such as loans or credit solutions, is a plus
- Proficiency in using relevant tools and software for efficiency tracking and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, ideally within the financial services industry
