Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader based in Marmagao. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing and motivating a team to meet sales targets, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining a high level of team performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing task delegation, monitoring performance metrics, fostering team collaboration, providing guidance, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and achieve organizational goals. The role requires problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and mentor team members effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
