Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat for a Team Leader position. The Team Leader will manage day-to-day operations within the team, oversee performance metrics, and ensure productivity goals are met. Responsibilities include mentoring and coaching team members, resolving issues in real time, streamlining workflows, and reporting progress to higher management to achieve organizational objectives effectively.

- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to monitor and evaluate performance metrics and optimize operations
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments and multitasking with efficiency
- Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a fast-paced industry
