Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Team Leader located in Manipur. The Team Leader will lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets, oversee performance metrics, and provide regular performance feedback to drive growth. Responsibilities include coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing processes for efficient operations. The individual will also play a critical role in motivating and mentoring team members to achieve their personal and professional goals while contributing to the overall objectives of the company.

- Team leadership, team coordination, and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Experience in sales processes, performance tracking, and achieving targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
- Proficiency in using standard office tools and relevant software
- Prior experience in sales, operations, or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred
