Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader based in Hyderabad. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and mentor team members, and ensure that performance targets are met. Responsibilities include leading workflow distribution, evaluating team performance, handling escalations, and collaborating with management to implement best practices. The Team Leader will be instrumental in driving productivity and maintaining quality standards while ensuring effective communication and coordination within the team.

- Operational Management: Skills in workflow distribution, performance tracking, and ensuring adherence to organizational processes.

- Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams.
- Customer Service Orientation: Adept at maintaining customer satisfaction and handling customer interactions professionally.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Proficiency in analyzing performance data and implementing improvement strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the matchmaking, internet, or service-based industries, is a plus.
