Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shivamogga. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operations for an assigned team, including task planning, workload distribution, and monitoring project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards. This role involves guiding and coaching team members, supporting their development, and facilitating effective communication within the team and with management. The Team Leader will coordinate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve issues, and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations. Responsibilities also include reporting on team performance, identifying process improvements, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, team coordination, and conflict resolution.
- Project planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines, priorities, and resources.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify issues, propose solutions, and improve processes.
- Experience in information technology or IT services, with familiarity with common tools, workflows, or methodologies.
- Comfort working on-site in Shivamogga and collaborating in a structured office environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in a lead, senior, or supervisory role is highly beneficial.
