Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Mohali Punjab. The Team Leader will oversee daily team operations, manage team performance, and ensure project deadlines and objectives are met effectively. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, facilitating effective communication within the team, resolving conflicts, and driving continuous improvement. Collaborating with stakeholders, the Team Leader will also analyze team productivity and implement strategies for growth and development.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in sales (6 months working as a TL)
- Preferably Edtech, Insurance etc features based products.
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in project planning, task delegation, and performance assessment
- Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and adaptability skills
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in tools and technologies for team collaboration and project management
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
