Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Bengal, India. As a Team Leader, you will oversee, guide, and manage a team to achieve sales targets and organizational goals. Key responsibilities include team management, driving business performance, training and mentoring team members, and supporting development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with team members, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with company strategies and objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Proficiency in sales planning, business performance analysis, and achieving revenue targets.
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of the insurance sector and experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
