Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Team Leader. The Team Leader will lead and manage a team to achieve organizational goals, ensure project deliverables are met, and provide active mentorship to team members. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, assigning tasks, tracking progress, facilitating effective communication among team members, and ensuring the highest quality standards for project outcomes.

- Leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Strong project management abilities, including task allocation and progress tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Ability to foster collaboration and manage team dynamics effectively
- Prior team leadership or coordination experience preferred
- Familiarity with developing and executing strategic plans
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
