Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Team Leader role based in Prayagraj, with flexibility for partial work from home as business needs allow. The Team Leader will supervise a sales or operations team, set daily priorities, and monitor performance against targets. Responsibilities include planning and assigning tasks, guiding team members on client interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and service requests. The role involves maintaining accurate reports, coordinating with management on targets and strategies, and supporting training or onboarding of new team members. The Team Leader will also help resolve escalated issues, contribute to process improvements, and uphold company standards in all client and partner interactions.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team to achieve performance targets.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, team members, and management.
- Comfort with basic technology tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and collaboration platforms).
- Experience in real estate, sales, or a related client-facing domain is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Prayagraj, including field or office visits as required.
- Problem-solving mindset, integrity in client dealings, and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
