Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader at our Mumbai office. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing team operations, ensuring the achievement of performance and productivity goals. Key responsibilities include providing guidance to team members, monitoring workflows, driving process improvements, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The role also entails training new team members, resolving escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships and resolving conflicts
- Operational and process management skills, with experience in driving efficiency and productivity improvements
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges and optimize outcomes
- Customer service and client relationship management skills are essential for delivering exceptional service
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
- Prior experience in financial services or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline
