Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Leader, based in Bangalore Urban with the flexibility to work remotely for a portion of the time. The Team Leader will oversee and manage key operations, lead and motivate a team, ensure high performance, and drive successful implementation of company goals. Responsibilities will include team coordination, goal setting, monitoring progress, cultivating a productive team environment, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks with exceptional quality. The Team Leader will also be involved in building relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and contributing to strategic process improvements.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Problem-solving skills to address challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in using tools and systems for tracking progress and improving workflows.
- Experience in real estate advisory or a related field will be advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with a mix of remote and in-office responsibilities.
