Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role located in Lucknow. The Team Leader will oversee and manage a team, ensuring they meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include leading and motivating team members, monitoring performance, resolving conflicts, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity. The Team Leader will also serve as a primary point of contact for both customers and upper management, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Experience in real estate or corporate management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools related to team management and customer engagement is desirable.
- Proven ability to work on-site and lead operations with a results-driven approach.
