Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader, located in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hydrabad and Chennai. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day operational activities, manage and motivate team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality results. Responsibilities include setting objectives, monitoring team performance, coordinating tasks, and addressing challenges to optimize team productivity. Communication and collaboration with stakeholders will also be an integral part of the role.
