Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Team Leader role, located in Noida. The Team Leader will oversee a team of financial advisors, set targets and monitor their performance, and provide guidance to achieve optimal results. Responsibilities include coordinating team efforts, ensuring high-quality client interactions, streamlining processes for loan consulting, and fostering a collaborative team environment. The role requires leadership and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
Qualifications
- Team Leadership and Performance Management skills
- Strong Communication, Interpersonal Skills, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Financial Services, Loan Advisory, or a related field
- Organizational and Time Management skills
- Proficiency with financial tools, technology, and process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
