Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Team Leader located in Noida. The Team Leader will oversee daily operations, manage and guide team members, and ensure the achievement of targets effectively. Key responsibilities include supervising performance metrics, identifying team training needs, resolving challenges, and fostering strong communication within the team. Additionally, the Team Leader will be responsible for maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring process compliance, and supporting the development of a positive work environment.
