Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader based in the Pune Division. The Team Leader will oversee a team of consultants, ensure daily operations run effectively, and support team members in meeting sales and service targets. Additional responsibilities include coordinating client engagements, developing sales strategies, offering mentorship, and maintaining high professional standards. The role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities to foster team success and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and client negotiations
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, transaction practices, and relevant regulations
- Proficient organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Proficiency in relevant tools for data analysis and presentations is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Past experience in the real estate industry with a focus on team leadership is preferred
