Role Description: Frontiza Services Ltd is hiring Team Leaders for full-time, on-site roles in Durgapur and Asansol. This role is responsible for supervising and guiding a team, setting daily and weekly targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of business goals. The Team Leader will oversee sales and client service activities, support team members in handling insurance and mutual fund products, and help resolve operational issues. Daily tasks include monitoring performance, coaching team members, coordinating with management, preparing reports, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients and supporting initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders professionally.
- Candidates should possess sales and client service skills, including an understanding of financial products such as insurance and mutual funds.
- Candidates should possess organizational and reporting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in financial services, banking, insurance, or mutual fund distribution is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Durgapur and Asansol and familiarity with the Durgapur and Asansol market or nearby regions is an advantage.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools is beneficial.
