Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Team Leader based in Bengaluru. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing team performance, assigning tasks, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. Additional responsibilities include guiding team members, resolving conflicts, conducting performance evaluations, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership skills, including team management, conflict resolution, and performance evaluation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality outputs
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges in a dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies used in the outsourcing or management domain
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage
