Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to oversee and manage the branch operations at our Muzaffarpur location. This is a full-time, on-site role. The responsibilities include supervising a team of professionals, achieving business targets, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing daily branch activities. The Team Leader will focus on team development, assisting staff in achieving their goals, maintaining operational compliance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the role may involve planning and strategizing to enhance branch performance in alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong abilities in leading, motivating, and managing teams to meet targets and provide world-class customer service.
- Customer Relationship Skills: Proficient in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving queries with a customer-first mindset.
- Operational and Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking processes, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Capability to evaluate performance metrics, develop plans to achieve goals, and adapt to dynamic business scenarios.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the banking or financial services industry is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to handle problems efficiently and make informed decisions.
