Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader position located in Odisha, India. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team, providing guidance and support to ensure targets are met. Core responsibilities include supervising team performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving compliance with policies and procedures. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment while supporting the achievement of organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong skills in motivating, guiding, and managing teams to achieve targets and maintain performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and satisfaction.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to develop strategies, analyze challenges, and implement solutions to meet organizational objectives.
- Banking Sector Expertise: Knowledge of banking operations, financial services, and regulatory compliance is highly beneficial.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a leadership role within financial services or banking sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Local Language: Familiarity with regional languages and culture of Odisha is a plus.
- Proficient in Decision-Making: Adept at making sound decisions under pressure while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and ethical standards.
